The level of cognitive flexibility of English language teachers in Hebron Governorate

The study aimed to identify the level of cognitive flexibility English language teachers in Hebron Governorate. To achieve objectives study, descriptive approach was adopted. applied first semester academic year (2021/2022) on a stratified random sample, which consisted (262) male and female from Directorate Education Yatta South Hebron. A questionnaire prepared measure Governorate, it (33) items. (0.81). results showed that Governorate high, with an average (3.842) standard deviation (0.466). there were no statistically significant differences between arithmetic averages according variable (gender, educational qualification, directorate, stage), while (years experience)
